Intensive Leaving Certificate Course
February Mid-Term
Coláiste Chamuis will deliver an intensive Leaving Cert Preparation Course in February starting the first Saturday of the mid-term break at our Ros a’ Mhíl, Teálta Campus. This unique course gives students the opportunity to return to Coláiste Chamuis one last time prior to sitting their Leaving Cert exams.
The timing of this 3-day residential course is ideal to help students prepare for the Irish Oral Exam. It will be of immense help while preparing for the Leaving Certificate. The course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive and thorough preparation for their Leaving Certificate examinations. Furthermore, it will also give them another Coláiste Chamuis and Gaeltacht experience to relish in.
The intensive course will primarily focus on preparing for the Irish Oral exam. Specialised classes will also be provided on certain aspects of the written papers and optimal exam techniques. Comprehensive notes will be given out to students during the course. Our teachers are highly experienced teachers and State examiners with a proven track record of excellent results. Our staff also includes teachers who train and prepare the teachers to deliver the Oral Exams on behalf of the Department of Education.
